Enrollment for the MAG "Totally Arts" Summer Camp Begins - Enrollment period ends February 29, 2008. The cost of the summer camp which will run June 16 through July 18, 2008 Monday through Friday from 10am to 4pm will be $87 per week. This includes the cost of food, weekly field trips, t-shirt and fun to last a lifetime. Applications are available on our enrollment page. Vouchers through Metro Social Service are accepted.

MAG Clothing Fashion Show February 16, 2008 at Tennessee State University Kean Hall at 6pm

Nashville Ballet Guest Q & A will be held on February 28, 2008 at Carter-Lawrence Magnet School at 5pm.

Black History Performance February 28, 2008 at McGruder FRC at 6pm

Evening at the Symphony – March 1, 2008, the youth of Moves & Grooves will attend an evening performance of “The Art of Percussion” at the newly constructed downtown Schermerhorn Symphony Center.

Country Music Studio B- March 18 - 20 during Spring Break, MAG kids will visit the Country Music Hall of Fame. Kids will work with professional music artists learning to play an instrument, write music and record their own original songs in the famous Studio B.

Moves & Grooves Easter Egg Hunt – March 20 at McGruder Family Resource Center 2013 25th Ave North Nashville, TN 37208 beginning at 5pm. For ages 5 to 14.

Tennessee T-Shirt Student/Artist Session II March 31, 2008 at 5pm at Carter-Lawrence Magnet School 1118 12th Ave South.

Tennessee T-Shirt Project - Students and professional artists will partner to design two of 100 works of art that will be sold at $1,000 to $10,000 each to support the groundbreaking of the new MAG Community Arts Center. Session for professional artists and leaders will be Monday, March 31, May 5, 2008 and the final session will be held on July 11 at Tennessee State University.
